A tributary of the Salmon Falls River, Branch River begins at the outlet of Lovell Lake in Wakefield NH and then continues, parallel to Route 16, until it joins the Salmon Falls River at Northeast Pond in Milton.

Used for fishing, kayaking and wildlife observation.
